• New sanitary & New process waste systems underground, new CDA, vacuum & RODI loop around the entire floor.
• MEP work included new mechanical system throught with upgrades to the existing boxcar air handlers & Chiller yard, a new 3000 Amp electrical service & Distribution along with a new 500 KW genset.
• New lab work consists of approximately 15,000 Sq. Ft. of labs which include a new QCA Biologies Lab, new Analytical Chem Lab & a new Formulation Lab suite.
